This according to the President of New York City's Economic Development Corp., Robert Lieber, who's quoted in the <a href="http://www.nydailynews.com/boroughs/queens/2007/06/14/2007-06-14_willets_point_rehab_tab_put_at_3bplus-3.html">NY Daily News</a> today. Hey India. Thanks!<BR/><BR/>It is indeed a real Muffler Man, one of my favourites. I'm not sure if the baby controls the man, or if it's simple ornamentation.
